Worst laptop I've had in years. All the setup directions are circuitous. Ridiculous. And the battery won't charge. Brand new. No good. It sat dead but plugged in for 24 hours. I kept on trying to start it. It finally started with 9% charge left. Tried to reach Support but the pages kept on repeating to download a better virtual help. Used up most of the charge. Had to wait for support as I became #2. Charge ran out as I said Hello to Support.
Good cheap little computer! I bought it thinking that if I did not like it I would return it. I will be keeping it! It is light weight and thin as the ad says. It is from Microsoft so it has a clean windows install no bloat wear. The hard drive has 38 GB of space left with the Windows os, Edge browser, and MS office on it. It does have USB 3 and Micro SD slot to ad memory. The cpu will run 1080p Youtube or Prime video streaming over wifi on the 1080p screen beautifully with out skipping and with out a fan cycling on. At is price it is not a Mac book pro with a metal case, I expected plastic and that is what it is. There is a little bit of frame flex but I don"t think it is a problem. If it was a $1000 name brand computer I would knock off a star but at this price point it is expected. I'm glad that I bought it. Quick update I like the first one enough that I bought a second one. I did need to talk to Microsoft support, after an update one of the two computers gave me an error code saying that I needed to activate the computer. I could not figure out how to activate it, the Evoo support was not helpful but support at Microsoft got it working again.
This computer is very good for beginners. It is perfectly designed but it has some minor issues anyway you get what you paid for.
