The vacuum is heavier than I expected, and instructions on assembly (drawings) are too small and unclear. It is a powerful vacuum cleaner, however and performs well. Cleaning the canister is also challenging. There is not quite enough room to use one's hand to excavate debris if necessary. I previously had a Shark that behaved just as well, but died after only two years. I spent a great deal more on this refurbished model. I hope it will have a long and useful life.
This is an amazing vacuum. Good suction, tools and very easy to empty. The only issue is the battery drains with less than 10 minutes use. I can vacuum a bedroom and the hall then it needs to be charged. I'm contacting Dyson to see if this can be resolved.
I live on a farm with my husband, our kids and our dogs. I work full time and need to vacuum frequently, at least daily. This vacuum is amazing. I love how long the battery life is!!
