The first time I used them I cold smoked about 5 lb of differents types of chees, 4 lb corn beef, and 3 or 4 lb kilbosey. Everything came out great. The smoked cheese was put into my refrigerator for a week, before I tried it. It's the best I have ever tasted !!! The pellets work better than any wood I ever used. I think It's the blend of different woods and the way they smolder and smoke, with better heat control. This is a great Pellet.
So much easier than smoking with wood chips. I am using these pellets in my electric smoker. They maintain a steady smoke for the entire duration of the smoking process. Once they are lit, I place the a-maze-n pellet box in the smoker and your done. No need to tend to the smoke. The flavor is also very good. Highly recommend.....
I'm very satisfied with the product, price and delivery time. This mixture is aromatic, pellets burn time is very precise and long. I discovered a new way of smoking meat with this product. I would suggest getting a smoking tube 6 or 12' as a pellets container.
